Nicest Neighbors! 7/10/2009

We just might have the nicest neighbors ever! They are letting us use their pool while they are out of town, and it just might be the most exciting thing EVER for my kids! I am not one for public pools, and although I am loving taking my kids to the lake, I must admit, walking next door is MUCH easier!
Cute little Bailia took a lot of pictures today that turned out pretty good-and then a few REALLY close up pictures of all of us that are not very flattering-except for the cute little close up of Koda's face a few pages down-I loved that one! I laughed out loud going through some of the pictures she took!
Matty has always been a little bit of a wimp! He gets cold REALLY quickly, and when we go swimming he usually spends most of his time in the hot tub! Today was such a nice warm day that he would jump in the pool, then lay on the nice hot cement to warm up, then jump right back into the pool!
Adam got home from work and came over to join us in the pool! The kids were SO excited-seriously they act like we never do anything fun! But what can I say they are like little fish-anything to do with water makes their day!

It started with Jaden wanting me to count how long it took him to swim from one end of the pool to the other. Then, being the little competitive spitfire that she is, Bailia wanted to race. I don't know where these kids get their energy, but it made me tired just watching them race over and over! Oh to be young again!
The kids have always loved filling their noodles up with water, and blowing it out, making it shoot out like a giant squirt gun! Koda did just that, right in his dad's face! Just looking at his proud face laughing like he just did the funniest thing ever, cracks me up!
