We're going on a Bug hunt...and Golf Lessons! 9/1/2009

Today Koda and I drove out to Nan's today to get another bucket of peaches, and the green beetle bugs for Jaden! I wanted to do at least one more batch of jelly, and Nan has been excited to catch the creepy green beetle bugs for Jaden to take to school. Watching Larry, Nan, and Cooper on their bug hunt today reminded me of the We're going in a bear hunt story.
We're going on a bug hunt, we're not scared. Well, until Nan captures a SNAKE in her net!! It was actually a rubber snake that they keep hidden in their peach trees~Koda wanted NOTHING to do with it! Nan finally talked him into looking into her net, to see that it actually was fake!

Kevin has been sick for the last two weeks, and Jaden has been impatiently waiting for him to get better. He LOVES his weekly golf lessons, and couldn't wait to show him his new putter today! We pulled in just as they were hitting off of the whites on number six, so we were able to watch him play his last hole!
