Happy Birthday Jdog~ 7/14/2010

I can't believe I have a ten year old. Has it really been ten years since we brought our "little man" (that is what the nurses called him in the hospital) home?!? It honestly seems like yesterday. I can almost smell his sweet smelling skin, and touch his thick silky hair . . .
But as I am reminded almost daily that he is in the DOUBLE DIGITS now! He wears a bigger shoe than I do, he is just five inches shorter than me, and still growing like a weed! It is amazing how fast time flies. I think as the years go by, that is the reason I have become more obsessed with taking pictures. If I can't slow time down, I might as well capture as much as I can on film so we can remember all of the good times, bad times, silly times, and sad times.
Jdog, I am so proud of the person you are becoming. You are thoughtful, funny, smart, caring, strong, helpful, dedicated, and work SO hard at everything you do! I want to be just like you!
I hope you had a great birthday, and know that I love you more than anything in the world!
