Fiesta Fun! 6/15/2009

I honestly can't believe that June is halfway over! We have been so busy that the days are just FLYING by! What happened to the lazy days of summer?!?
After Sis and I picked Koda up from summer preschool, and Jaden up from gymnastics this morning I surprised them all by taking them to Fiesta Fun!
I had coupons from my Dixie Direct that gave us 4 free bumper boats and 4 free rounds of mini putt-putt. The coupons saved us $46.00. FORTY SIX DOLLARS!?! If I wouldn't have had the coupons I would have died from sticker shock! Well, honestly I doubt we wouldn't have gone!
The look on Koda's face in this picture cracks me up! Although it may look like he is smiling having fun hanging upside down on the slider, he is actually saying through clenched teeth "Help me get down now! The crocodiles are going to get me!" I started laughing so hard-last time I brought him here I told him not to let his feet touch as he slid across the pads because that's where the crocodiles swim. Apparently he took me serious, and was almost in tears by the time I got him down! After I told him I was only kidding last time, and he had calmed down, he gave me a hug and said you're so tricky mom!

Yes, I set the timer on my camera to take pictures so that I can be in them. How else will I be able to prove to my kids that I actually went with them everywhere they went-I am always behind the camera-so however embarrassing it may be-it must be done!


We stayed there for almost three and a half hours. The kids loved everything about it from the soft play to the pizza! But I think their favorite part was the arcade! I gave them each the same number of coins to use to win tickets. Koda won 268 tickest, Bailia won 362 tickets, and Jaden blew them all out of the water winning 507 tickets! They all bought oodles of junk, I mean cool prizes, with their tickets!
