4th of July FUN 2008

Last night we did fireworks at our house-the 4th is always SO hectic and every year that I have bought fireworks they seem to go to waste-so we did them a day early! We all enjoyed OOOING and AAWWING at the pretty fireworks!








We had a great time at the Washington Park this morning! Koda and Sis took first place in the races Jdog took fourth! They did the tractor rides, the cake walk, face painting, and had lunch! We had a GREAT time and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be without A here to help! After the park we were SO hot and the water park by our house was deserted so we ran home to change, grabbed Harley and headed over to the park. They ALL had a lot of fun cooling down!

Green Springs First Place!! 6/30/2008

Jaden had his final JAG Tournament today at Green Springs Golf Course. He took first place-way to go Doggie! He has done so well this season and we are so proud of him! The Championship Tournaments will be held in a few weeks and he can't wait to play! Good luck Jdog!!!

Poor Matty! 6/28/2008

My poor little Koda Bear is sick AGAIN!! Since Wednesday afternoon he has been coughing, fever, and just not feeling good! Saturday night he went to bed around 9:30 and didn't wake up until 11:oo the next morning!! Then then a few hours later he took a 3 hour nap! I get so worried about him-he seems to catch EVERYTHING!! Get well soon my little Matty!

Pool Time Fun! 6/25/2008

I decided to buy a cheap little pool for the kids to cool off in. It turned out to be $9 very well spent! They had a blast even though it was small it did the job! Best of all we didn't have to leave the house to swim! I can't wait to have a house with a (real) pool!

Maggie & Molly Craft Day! 6/25/2008

Today we had Molly and Maggie over for craft day-we made picture frames and decorated rice krispie treats! They had fun playing duck,duck, goose, a game of memory, and put together a puzzle to top it off!
Tomorrow is the last day of summer school for my big kids-they are bummed that they won't get to go anymore, they have had a lot of fun BUT they are so excited that they get to have a party for their last day.
Then Friday we are going to have a nice relaxing-don't get out of our pajamas- day-so I can unwind from the last few HECTIC weeks we have had!

Makenna and Jake for Craft Day! 6/23/2008

As you can see everyone had a wonderful time today! Having Craft Day has been such a rewarding experience for me-I am trying my hardest not to be such a hermit and germaphobe. And although it is a going to be a VERY long road for me to become normal (which I honestly know it will NEVER happen) having friends come over has actually helped me SO much! So today I am thankful for all of the kids that come to play who have helped me come out of my shell just a little bit!

Bowling and Basketball! 6/21/2008

Today we wanted to do something fun-I suggested fishing-then we decided against that when we saw the weather forecast 107* YUCK! Then A suggested bowling-something we haven't done in ages! So we loaded the clan up and headed to Sunset Bowl. Let me just slip in a note just in case a bowling alley owner happens to read my blog sometime (ya right-but hey- you never know) I think it would be a good idea to CLEAN the balls sometimes-the finger holes are SO disgusting-the whole place is pretty dirty but the balls are the WORST! Anyway we had two great games then headed over to Marv's for lunch. We came home and then A and Jdog went golfing and the kids and I headed out back to shoot some hoops! It was a really fun day-I wish everyday could be as fun and enjoyable as today!

Precious Moments 6/19/2008

It is wonderful when all three of my kids actually get along. It rarely happens for long and I NEVER catch it on film, until the other day when I looked out the window to check on them since it was pretty quiet outside (NEVER a good sign) and saw this. Earlier in the day they had made a "magic potion" to make the wart on J's finger disappear (too cute) anyway the magic potion apparently had many uses one of which-giving makeovers to each other! I especially LOVE the picture of J telling Koda to pucker up!

Craft Day with the Facer's 6/18/2008

Jada Mae and Kyson came over to make baseball cap's for craft day. They all turned out really cute and everyone had a great time!

Father' Day Fun! 6/15/2008

We got home from our trip earlier than expected and ended up going to the range for everyone to practice. Then we went out to eat then to visit Grandpa Milne. It was a nice relaxing Fathers Day! I hope my sweet husband had a good day and want him to know how much I love and appreciate all he does for our family. When I look back on my life I honestly never thought I would find this kind of happiness! I have a man that would do anything for us to make us happy. I am so thankful that everything he does revolves around making life for his family better! I love you A, forever and ever...
